#PitMad

#PitMad is upon us, tomorrow, 5th of December. For those not chasing a Literary Agent or a Publisher, #PitMad is a pitch party/event on Twitter, where aspiring authors with finished manuscripts give a 280 or less character pitch, hoping to get an industry professional to ‘like’ the tweet. This contest runs quarterly, and was designed and run by Brenda Drake.

If you happen to find yourself on twitter tomorrow between 8am-8pm EST, and you see a pitch that you are interested in, or would like to read a whole book about DO NOT ‘LIKE’ it; instead, retweet it. That’s the best way to show support for any aspiring writer. ‘LIKE’  is for industry professionals to tell the writer that they want to see more about the pitch.

any further information can be found Here.

Good Luck to all participants. I will be pitching Eighteen Fools, so see you there.

Thank You Emily for posting this elsewhere but I want to make sure a copy makes it to this page as well. Love how you took a quote from the book and turned it into this Thank You!Review

2019: A new chapter

Hello everyone! This site is currently under renovation.

My personal life has changed tremendously this year, and along with the new changes, a new project. I have taken down all of the previous posts from Fatal Introduction and have started to focus on a new, exciting book. It has a working title of “18 Fools”. I am thrilled to share with you all a fantasy novel about overcoming adversity… seasoned with a little humor. Sounds factious, right?

I now call The Heart of Appalachia my home. These beautiful mountains in Washington County Virginia couldn’t be a better place to find inspiration and focus.

Thank you for your continued support.

Update

My ongoing project Free Will & Spilt Blood has exceeded the 1/3 of revisions, thanks to my amazing mentor and editor, Heather Cashman

I may be missing out on 2017 NaNoWriMo, but I have been working on these characters and story since 2013.  Thank you everyone who has helped me along the way.
